Mia Grubišić

Mia Grubišić is a cellist with a number of award-winning programs and projects that she performs throughout Croatia and Europe. From 2009 – 2012 she played the second cello in the orchestra of the Croatian National Theatre in Split. From 2012 she has been performing with the clarinetist Yaroslav Sadovy as Duo Bardo. Mia was born in Split where she graduated from “Josip Hatze” Music High School under Prof. Vladimir Lukas.  In 2004 she enrolled in the Mykola Lisenko Music Academy in Lviv, Ukraine, where she graduated with honors, earning her Master’s degree under Prof. Yurij Laniuk in 2009.
