Repassage

Repassage has been actively participating in the music scene since 2012. They play the so-called gipsy swing with well-known hits performed by Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grapelli. It was a very popular music style in Europe in the 1940s and 1950s, marking the beginnings of jazz culture in Europe in response to swing music that was popular in the US at the time. Repassage covers a broad range of music genres, from fast swing rhythms and jazz versions of traditional Gypsy tunes to ballads with melancholic tones and ambient music. The band’s ambition is to have an album with original songs.
